Terms and Conditions:

1. All business undertaken by Select Chauffeur Services (Worcs) Limited shall be transacted solely on the conditions herein set out. Each condition shall be deemed to be incorporated in and shall be a condition of any agreement between Select Chauffeur Services and the client. Select Chauffeur Services acceptance of client’s order is conditional on the client agreeing to contract subject to these terms and conditions of sale to the exclusion of all others. By placing a booking with Select Chauffeur Services for services the client is presumed to have agreed these terms and conditions or part thereof shall not affect the enforceability or validity of any term or condition or remainder thereof.

2. All hires start when the car leaves the garage and finish when the car returns to the garage except those hires to or from various airports or those which are the subject of a fixed charge or those where the mileage charge starts when the hirer first goes in the car and terminates when he finally leaves the car.

 3. When a car is hired for a day or longer period, whilst every effort will be made for the hirer to retain the same car and driver during such a period the Company reserve the right to substitute any other car or driver according to the exigencies of the service.

4. The company expressly prohibits any person other than their own drivers from driving the cars.

5. The Company accepts no responsibility for any delays however caused.

6. The driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgment of road conditions and traffic at any particular time.

7. When a hirer desires to travel to a particular place, the driver will, unless specifically otherwise instructed by the Company travel by the route which is, in his opinion, the best and most convenient for motoring whether the route is shortest or not, and no allowance will be made to the hirer on the ground that the route adopted is not actually the shortest.

8. A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage which in the opinion of the driver amounts to an excessive weight will not be carried. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car howsoever-such loss or damage is caused.

9. The Company reserve the right to charge 100% of the agreed rate for the journey, unless the cancellation has been received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time.

10. Select Chauffeur Services reserve the right to invoice the client with a charge for waiting time at a non-airport collection address in 15-minute intervals, after the first 14 minutes.

11. Select Chauffeur Services reserve the right to invoice the client with a full charge for a passenger no show.

12. Surcharges may apply on specified bank holidays e.g. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

13. Should a passenger be travel sick, there will be a valet charge of £75 applied to the journey.

14. Every effort will be made to carry out the booking but its due performance is subject to cancellation by us to such variation that we may find necessary or result of inability to secure drivers, cars or as a result of any act of God, War, Strike, Fire, Flood, Legislation or other cause beyond our control.

Payment:

We accept payment by cash, cheque or on account strictly 30 days from invoice. We do not accept payment by credit cards,
