By using the web site you accept the following terms and conditions and, in addition, if you make a reservation, the standard terms and conditions of sale of Select Chauffeur Services, (see Terms and Conditions tab)

2. Data protection. Select Chauffeur Services use of personal information supplied by you when you use this web site is governed by our privacy policy. Select Chauffeur Services fully respects your rights to privacy and utilises the following practices in regards to any information we are provided with or obtain about users of this web site. In order to provide service to you as a customer of Select Chauffeur Services we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but are not limited to, the booker and/or the passenger's name, address, phone number and credit card details. By providing this information to Select Chauffeur Services, you are agreeing to allow us to utilise this information to complete all services you request to us. When using this web site your keystrokes may be recorded for service quality, training or other purposes.

3. Your responsibilities.

3.1 When using this web site you agree: · Not to do anything which will or might damage, interfere with, disrupt access to, interrupt or impair the functionality of the material available on the site · To be entirely responsible for and keep secret any password used by you. 5.3 You acknowledge that the copyright, trademark rights, database rights, patent rights and all other intellectual property rights comprised in or relating to this web site and in the data it contains, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, video or image files, content, software, data and information displayed on, or available from this site, belongs to Select Chauffeur Services. This includes the organisation and layout of the site and the underlying software that's owned by us or our licensors and suppliers. You agree that all these materials are available for your personal use only, and you may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any such materials without our written permission.

6. Changes to the web site. Select Chauffeur Services may at any time make alterations to or to withdraw this web site or any part of it. All Intellectual Property Rights in any developments, improvements, alterations, modifications and enhancements to the Software arising from consultation with the Customer and/or at the request of the Customer shall vest automatically in Select Chauffeur Services upon creation.

7. Limitation of liability.

7.1 Select Chauffeur Services excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this web site. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose.

7.2 Select Chauffeur Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this web site.

8. Terms and conditions of sale.

Select Chauffeur Services reserve the right to review the standard charges, upon giving 14 days notice, to take into account any movements in the Consumer Price Index, and any other charges outside of their control. Select Chauffeur Services may increase their charges by 0.5% for each 5% increase in the cost of fuel, by reference to the price of diesel and petrol as published from time to time by their suppliers, upon giving 7 days notice. All tariffs are not subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Select Chauffeur Services accept no responsibility for delays, however caused. Should a passenger be travel sick, there will be a valet charge of £75 applied to the journey. The chauffeur will take the optimal route, unless the client gives specific instructions or prevailing traffic conditions dictate. Select Chauffeur Services reserve the right to invoice the client with a charge for waiting time at a non-airport collection address in 15-minute intervals, after the first 14 minutes. Select Chauffeur Services reserve the right to invoice the client with a full charge for a passenger no show. Surcharges may apply on specified bank holidays e.g. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

9. Cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to charge 10% of the agreed rate for the journey, unless the cancellation has been received at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time.
